iXCells Biotechnologies provides high quality Rat Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells (RPASMC), which are isolated from adult rat pulmonary artery, and cryopreserved at P1, with >0.5 million cells in each vial. RPASMC are positive for smooth muscle cell specific alpha-actin expression and they are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. RPASMC can further expand for 10 population doublings in Rat Smooth Muscle Cell Growth Medium under the condition suggested by iXCells Biotechnologies.
