Melanocyte Growth Medium is designed to promote melanocyte proliferation in vitro. This medium kit consists of 500 mL of Melanocyte Basal Medium, 2.5 mL of Fetal Bovine Serum, 5mL of Melanocyte Growth Supplement and 5 mL of Antibiotic-Antimycotic (100X).

| Instructions for Use | Thaw Fetal Bovine Serum, Growth Supplement and Antibiotic – Antimycotic in 37oC water bath. Gently tilt the tubes several times to ensure the contents are completely mixed before adding to the medium. In a sterile field, add Fetal Bovine Serum, Growth Supplement and Antibiotic – Antimycotic to the medium and mix well. The reconstituted medium is stable for one month in 4oC with minimal exposure to light. |
