iXCells Biotechnologies USA, Inc., a leading cell technology company specializing in preclinical drug discovery solutions, today announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with Life Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., a renowned supplier of products and services to India’s life science research, industrial biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors. Life Technologies will market, sell, and distribute iXCells high quality primary cells, normal and diseased iPS cell lines, iPSC-derived cell products, and complimentary cell culture media and reagents.
The distribution agreement enables Life Technologies India and iXCells to offer increased access to cell-based products and services that support India’s rapidly growing biotech market, which is projected to reach $150 billion by 2025, with a CAGR of 16.4%, according to India’s National Investment Promotion & Facilitation agency.
