Director of Business Development (Product BU)

Job Description

The company is looking for an experienced, progressive, and innovative Director of Business Development, Product Business Unit, for the reagent business. This Director role will be responsible for designing and managing product portfolio strategy, leading short and long-term planning for commercialization and business development arenas. Responsibilities will encompass business development of iXCells’ various reagent products, including but not limited to catalog cell products, media products and cytokine products. Reporting to the President of the company, this individual will play a key leadership role in determining business, portfolio, and product strategy, setting direction, forming important partnerships, providing feedback from the customers to production team. The vision and capabilities of this individual will have a substantial impact on the success of the company.

Sales Account Manager (Services)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to generate business for iXCells Biotechnologies. The Sales Account Manager will be able to present and promote custom services to potential and existing clients including new accounts, new business opportunities and new market opportunities with the objective of establishing long term, mutually beneficial business partnerships. Scientist (Primary Cell / Product)

Job Description

The Scientist (Primary Cell / Product Group) plays a role in the fast-paced and dynamic manufacture and R&D team. She/he will support the group lead to execute the projects in product generation, CRO services and R&D programs in the Primary Cell / Product group, including primary cell isolation, and various assays using primary cells.  The individual will interact with other internal and external departments for project development.

Senior Scientist / Associate Director (Stem Cell Group)

Job Description

The Senior Scientist / Associate Director plays a role in the fast-paced and dynamic manufacture and R&D team. She/he is expected to lead the projects in product development, assay development, CRO services and other R&D programs in the stem cell group.  She/he should have extensive experience in human iPSC/ESC culture. The experiences in iPSC reprogramming and differentiation, and neuronal assays (electrophysiologic, images-based neurite outgrowth, etc.) are ideal.  She/he must demonstrate an excellent leadership, be able to guide a team in the department, and provide training to junior scientists, Research Associates, Associate Scientists. The Senior Scientist / Associate Director must have excellent written and oral communication skills, work well with different departments.
