"RARE, BUT NOT ALONE: TOGETHER, WE CAN FIND A CURE"
Rare disease day hosted by iXCells Biotechnologies
Rare disease day is right around the corner and we’re proud to host the first “Rare, but not alone: Together, we can find a cure” event to help raise awareness about the impact of rare diseases on patients’ lives and emphasize the need for research.
Light up, stripe up and join us online or in-person on Tuesday, February 28th from 10:00am to 3:00pm PST. A day to come together as a united community and raise awareness for rare diseases.
iXCells is committed to partnering with others to uncover the genetic roots of rare diseases and use those insights to accelerate the pace of preclinical drug development for precision medicine.
We are proud to host this event featuring rare diseases patients’ stories. Our event aims to put a human face on rare disease encouraging you to see the people most affected by rare diseases —patients, families, and caregivers.
The goals of Rare Disease Day at iXCells are to:
- Initiate a dialogue among the rare disease community
- Bring together key leaders in the rare disease space, industry representatives, patients and patient advocates, scientists, researchers, health care providers, etc.
